GameChanger makes it easy to track which players and family members will be able to attend each event. We know that schedules are tight, so our RSVP feature can be used to help Staff plan game lineups, volunteering responsibilities, or simply keep everyone informed and prepared. 

Marking Your Availability 

You can RSVP from your team's Schedule tab: 

1. After you find the event, you can:
   • Tap the RSVP button.
     • OR
   • Tap into the event to view additional information, check the RSVP statuses of other team members, and select your RSVP status.
2. You will have the option to mark availability status as Going or Not Going.

You are able to change this at any time. A parent can RSVP for a child, and team Staff can change anyone's RSVP.

Editing Your Availability 

You can edit your RSVP from your team's Schedule tab: 

1. After you find the event, you can:
   • Tap the icon(s) for you and/or your associated player on the event that you would like to edit your RSVP status.
     • OR
   • Tap into the event to view additional details, check the RSVP statuses of other team members, and update your own RSVP status.
2. Tap the Edit RSVP button and select your new RSVP status.  

Send RSVP Reminders (Staff Only)

1. Select an event from the team's schedule.
2. Tap on the No Reply group.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Send Reminder.
