If you need assistance changing or resetting your password, you can follow the steps below based on whether your are on the web or in the app. At this time, you cannot change your password on the web while logged in, but you can follow the password reset process to change your password.

Account password requirements:

• It must be a minimum of 8 characters long.
• It cannot include repetitive or sequential characters (e.g. aaa or abcd).
• It cannot contain context-specific words, such as your first name, last name, or ‘gamechanger’.

Reset Your Password in the App

To reset your password from the app:

1. Launch the GameChanger app.
2. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
3. Enter the email of your GameChanger account and tap Send.
4. Check your GameChanger email, and tap the Reset password button in the email sent to you.

5. After being following the email link back into the app, create a new password and tap Save.

   

Change Your Password in the App

To change your password while logged into the app:

1. On the Home tab, tap on your Account in the top left corner.
2. Tap Change password.
3. If you know your current password, enter your current password. If you don't know your password, tap Forgot password, and follow the Reset Password button sent to your email. 
4. Enter your new password and Save your changes.

Reset Your Password on the Web

To reset your password on the web:

1. Go to web.gc.com and enter the email address of your GameChanger account.

   You will be sent a code when you first enter your email, but it is not necessary for a password reset. You can safely delete the code email. 

2. Click on the Forgot Password? button. This will send a password reset link to this email address.
3. Go to your GameChanger account's email address inbox and follow the link that says Reset password.
4. Enter your new password and confirm it. Then tap Save.
