Cancel an Event in the App
- Tap on an upcoming event.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Cancel Event.
- You will then be prompted to Cancel & Message Team or Cancel & Don't Message Team.
Edit or Reschedule an Event in the App
- Tap on an upcoming event.
- Tap Edit in the top right corner.
- Update the date, time, location, etc.
- Tap Save in the top right corner.
- Once you tap Save, you will then be prompted to either Save & Message Team or Save & Don't Message Team.
Notify Your Team in the App
If you change the date of your event or cancel it and choose Save & Message Team, you can enter a note about the change and send it to your community.
Team Members with the app installed will receive a notification immediately. Team Members who don't have the app installed will receive an email notifying them of the change.
Edit or Cancel an Event on the Web
- Sign in at web.gc.com and then select your team.
- From there, select the event and then select Edit.
