Have a game stuck in LIVE but know a scorekeeper scored the whole game? How about a game in which you prefer one scorebook over another? No problem! As a baseball or softball league or tournament admin, you can review all of the scorebooks from your Head-to-Head games and make any necessary adjustments in-app.

Adjust a Game

1. Tap on the game you'd like to review. 

   A game must be LIVE or FINAL in order for you to review scorebook options.

   You can use this tool mid-game if you need to point to a different scorekeeper's book as the source of truth.

2. On the info tab for the individual game, tap on the Scorebook Options button.

   

3. You will see the best scorebook for your league or tournament, the home team, and the away team (if they have scored). From there, you can select your preferred scorebook.

4. Confirm that you'd like to make the change.

   Changes cannot be undone in-app. If you make a mistake, please create a ticket to get in touch with our support team. 

   

5. Once you confirm your selection, your league/tournament schedule and stats will update based on your preferred scorebook.

   The home team and away team's scorebooks will be unaffected by this change.
