GameChanger makes it easy to adjust and correct any scoring errors or changes in your basketball game. Staff and designated scorekeepers can correct plays while they are scoring or edit plays at any time to ensure that scoring and statistics are accurate.
Edit Past Plays While Scoring
To edit plays while scoring your game:
- Use the Play by Play section to correct any mistakes.
- If you made a mistake on the last play, tap Undo to remove it.
- To change the assigned player or the result of the play, tap on the play directly. Those edits will be reflected in the game’s score and stats.
- You can also delete a play entirely by tapping on the play and choosing Delete.
Edit Past Plays After the Game
Currently, editing plays outside of scorekeeping is exclusive to iOS devices.
To edit plays after the game is concluded as Staff:
- Open the game on your team's schedule.
- Navigate to the Plays tab.
- Tap the Edit plays button.
- Select the play that needs adjustment.
Alter the play by the type of play, team, or assigned player.
You can undo your edits at any time with the Undo button at the bottom.
- When you are finished correcting any scored plays, finalize your changes with the Save button in the top right.
