Player position tracking allows team Staff to see exactly how many innings each player has spent at each defensive position, both during a game and across the season. This helps monitor player workload, ensure balanced playing time, and document where players are gaining defensive experience.
View Innings by Position in Season Stats
To see Innings Played from your team’s season stats:
From the Home screen, open the team in question.
Tap the Stats tab for that team.
Tap the Fielding stats tab.
Tap Standard to open the list of available stat tables.
From the list, select Innings Played to view innings by position for your players.
These stats can also be viewed in the individual player's profile for the team.
View Innings by Position While Scoring
While scoring, you can track which innings a player occupied each position and how many innings they logged at each spot.
This view is available only on iOS at this time.
To view a player's innings by position while scoring:
From anywhere within the scoring view, select the My Team tab.
Tap on the player you wish to view.
At the bottom of the player details page, select Total Fielding Time. Here you can view the total defensive innings played broken down by position.
