Users can mute other members of chat that they no longer want to interact with. When you mute someone, their messages and replies are hidden from your view across all chat channels on GameChanger.

• The muted user will not receive a direct notification that they have been muted
• Messages and replies from the muted user will be replaced with a notice indicating the user has been ignored
• You will not receive message or reaction notifications from the muted user
• Replies to the muted user's messages will still be visible, but the muted message itself will not be shown

Muting a User

1. Open a chat channel in the app.
2. Find a message from the user you want to ignore.
3. Long press on the message to bring up the message options menu.
4. Tap Mute from the list of available controls.
5. Review the confirmation prompt. 
6. Tap Confirm to mute the user, or tap Cancel to go back without making any changes.

Unmuting a User

1. Open a chat channel in the app.
2. Long press on the muted message to bring up the message options menu.
3. Tap Unmute from the list of available controls.
