As an admin, you might have an idea of what your schedule shell will look like, but may not know, just yet, exactly which teams are playing. In GameChanger's app and on web, you can proceed with building out your league's schedule or tournament's schedule, and slot in teams once they are known.
This is particularly helpful for bracket advancement in GC tournaments or for post-season play in GC leagues.
Create "TBD" Teams
Your first step, will be to create at least 2 placeholder teams (create more as needed). You can do this either on web or in the app. For simplicity's sake, in this example, we call them "TBD Home: Summer Bash" and "TBD Away: Summer Bash".
Once you've created these placeholder teams, go back to your league or tournament via the "My Teams" navigation. Go to the Teams tab within your league or tournament - tap on "Invite Teams". From there, you'll be able to join the placeholder teams to your league or tournament.
Note: here are a couple of other ways to label your placeholder teams:
- "TBD home: <game number>"
- "TBD away: <field number>"

Slot in Teams
As things progress and matchups are set, edit each game and pick the correct team from the drop down. Save. The changes will now be reflected on your schedule and each individual team's calendar.
