With a free GameChanger account, you can manage your team, score and livestream games, and stay connected through the team calendar and messaging. You can watch game animations (Animated GameStream), receive final scores and live game alerts, and watch up to five free live baseball or softball streams. All other sports include unlimited free live streaming.

If you primarily want to watch live streams, Plus Annual offers the lowest cost — $39.99 per year (just $3.33 per month), compared to $9.99 when billed monthly.

If you’re sharing with friends or family, the Annual Family Plan is the best value. At $179.99 per year ($14.99 per month), it breaks down to just $3.75 per user when shared with three friends or family members.
The Family Plan lets you share a Premium subscription with up to 3 other family members — for a total of 4 people including the organizer. Each family member gets full access to Premium features, including multiple teams and live games, all under one subscription. If you have an individual subscription, it will stay active unless you cancel it, and any remaining time won't be prorated or transferred. The family organizer manages billing for the Family Plan.
Yes! With a Team Pass, any team member can make a one-time subscription purchase to unlock paid features for everyone connected to that team. Access is shared across the team but the subscription only applies to the specific team it was purchased for.

Yes! You can change your plan whenever you like. Review the Upgrading a Plus Subscription to Premium guide for instructions on your particular device.
If you choose to upgrade, the former Plus subscription will be ended and the remaining value credited to your account in a manner specific to the method of purchase.
- iOS (Apple subscription): The subscription will be immediately upgraded, and charged the full amount of the new subscription. The user is then issued a refund for a prorated amount based on the remaining time in the original subscription.
- Android (Google subscription): The subscription is upgraded immediately at no charge. Any time remaining in the former subscription is adjusted based on the price difference, and credited toward the new subscription by pushing forward the next billing date.
- Web (GC web subscription): The subscription will be immediately upgraded and you will be charged a prorated amount for the new subscription. The prorated amount will be based on the amount of time that was remaining on your previous subscription.
Yes, that’s why we provide the flexibility of monthly plan. Cancel your subscription in the off-season and resume when it make sense for you.
No! One subscription (Plus, Premium, or Family) lets you follow as many players and teams as you’d like. There’s no limit to the number of teams or athletes you can access with your subscription. The only exception is Team Passes, which apply exclusively to the specific team it was purchased for.
GameChanger collects state and local sales tax for all purchases where it is required by local laws. You will see the amount taxed reflected on your invoice at the time of purchase or renewal.
GameChanger subscription prices are listed in USD. If a currency conversion is required, you will also see this calculated at checkout.
The Staff on each team control the privacy settings for their team. It is possible that you will be able to view team stats & player spray charts for one team and not for another, depending on that team’s privacy settings.

Just like with Season Stats, the Staff of the team are able to control the audience privacy settings for their live streams. If the team has restricted their live stream access to confirmed members, the archived video of that stream would also be restricted to only confirmed members of the team.

GameChanger now has a Family Plan subscription which can apply up to 4 unique accounts at once! An individual subscription will only apply to one account, but two devices may log into the same account at once.

Coaches automatically get free access to all features for the teams they directly manage; no action is required to activate this access beyond being listed as Staff for that team.
This access however does not apply to opponents, teams followed as a Fan/Family, or the ability to manage and share Athlete Profiles. If you wish to have access to teams you do not coach, or manage an Athlete Profile, you will need to enroll for a paid subscription.
