No. GameChanger is always free for the Staff of your team. You can purchase a Team Pass to unlock access for your fans so they can follow the action all season long.
I have a team with fans both near and far. Is a Team Pass the right option for our team?
Yes! A Team Pass is the best way to ensure that your entire team's community can support your team and participate in the season no matter where they are. Fans can also purchase individual subscriptions on their own if a team subscription isn’t right for your team.

How long does a Team Pass last?
Team Passes are a one-time purchase that last for an entire season. We know that season lengths vary so we don't put an arbitrary time limit on your team. When you create a new season, you would need a new pass to continue to provide the team community with prepaid access.
I have teams with varying levels of fan interest. Is there a minimum or a maximum number of fans required per team to qualify for a Team Pass?
Nope! If your team has a Team Pass, every fan will get free access no matter the size of your fanbase, small or large!
If I purchase the Plus plan for the team, will individuals be able to change to the Premium plan on their own if they choose?
The Plus Team Pass Plan opens up all of our game day features to fans for free. If fans want access to more features, they can upgrade individually to the Premium plan whenever they like.
I’m a Staff member, if my team has a Team Pass will my privacy settings stay intact?
Yes, they will. Team Staff still have control over who can see season stats and player spray/shot charts.

My team is from a tax-exempt organization. How can I make my Team Pass purchase without tax?
You will need to provide your tax-exempt certificate to our support team, and they will create a custom purchase for you excluding tax. Please create a ticket with our support team attaching that document to get started.
Are Athlete Profiles included in the Team Pass?
No. A member that creates an Athlete Profile and wishes to add Video Clips, Career Stats, and share the profile, must have a Premium Subscription of their own.
