Yes! You can change your plan whenever you like. Review the Upgrading a Plus Subscription to Premium guide for instructions on your particular device.
If you choose to upgrade, the former Plus subscription will be ended and the remaining value credited to your account in a manner specific to the method of purchase.
- iOS (Apple subscription): The subscription will be immediately upgraded, and charged the full amount of the new subscription. The user is then issued a refund for a prorated amount based on the remaining time in the original subscription.
- Android (Google subscription): The subscription is upgraded immediately at no charge. Any time remaining in the former subscription is adjusted based on the price difference, and credited toward the new subscription by pushing forward the next billing date.
- Web (GC web subscription): The subscription will be immediately upgraded and you will be charged a prorated amount for the new subscription. The prorated amount will be based on the amount of time that was remaining on your previous subscription.
Yes, that’s why we provide the flexibility of choosing between monthly and annual plans. If you think you will use GameChanger on and off throughout the course of the year, our annual subscription is your best option. Have a particularly busy month of travel? Your favorite player only playing on a team for a couple of months? Our monthly plans are perfect for you.
No! One subscription will provide access to any number of teams.
GameChanger collects state and local sales tax for all purchases where it is required by local laws. You will see the amount taxed reflected on your invoice at the time of purchase or renewal.
GameChanger subscription prices are listed in USD. If a currency conversion is required, you will also see this calculated at checkout.
The Staff on each team control the privacy settings for their team. It is possible that you will be able to view team stats & player spray charts for one team and not for another, depending on that team’s privacy settings.

Just like with Season Stats, the Staff of the team are able to control the audience privacy settings for their live streams. If the team has restricted their live stream access to confirmed members, the archived video of that stream would also be restricted to only confirmed members of the team.

GameChanger now has a Family Plan subscription which can apply up to 4 unique accounts at once! An individual subscription will only apply to one account, but two devices may log into the same account at once.

Coaches automatically get free access to all features for the teams they directly manage; no action is required to activate this access beyond being listed as Staff for that team.
This access however does not apply to opponents, teams followed as a Fan/Family, or the ability to manage and share Athlete Profiles. If you wish to have access to teams you do not coach, or manage an Athlete Profile, you will need to enroll for a paid subscription.
