I have a team with fans both near and far. Is a Community Pass the right option for our team?
Yes! A Community Pass is the best way to ensure that your entire team's community can support your team and participate in the season no matter where they are. Fans can also purchase individual subscriptions on their own if a team subscription isn’t right for your team. You can learn about individual fan subscriptions here.
How long does a Community Pass last?
Community Passes are a one-time purchase that last for an entire season. We know that season lengths vary so we don't put an arbitrary time limit on your team. When you create a new season, you would need a new pass to continue to provide the team community with prepaid access.
I have teams with varying levels of fan interest. Is there a minimum or a maximum number of fans required per team to qualify for a Community Pass?
Nope! If your team has a Community Pass, every fan will get free access no matter the size of your fanbase, small or large!
If I purchase the Plus plan for the team, will individuals be able to change to the Premium plan on their own if they choose?
The Plus Community Pass Plan opens up all of our game day features to fans for free. If fans want access to more features, they can upgrade individually to the Premium plan whenever they like.
I’m a staff member, if my team has a Community Pass will my privacy settings stay intact?

Are Athlete Profiles included in the Team Community Pass?
No. A member that creates an Athlete Profile and wishes to add Video Clips, Career Stats, and share the profile, must have a Premium Subscription of their own. Fan Pricing
