We're here to help make sure that your season is a success with GameChanger! If you are new to GameChanger, you can follow this guide for how to set up your team and community as well as how to run GameChanger on game day.

Creating Your Team
Create your team and add your roster
Setting up your team is the first step to success! Start by creating your team in the app and adding all your players’ details. Make sure to include accurate information for player names, numbers, and positions as this will help you best utilize the app throughout the season.
Add your team's Staff
After creating your team, you can list up to 3 additional accounts (4 total) to be listed as Staff and have access to managing your team. Staff accounts will have access to all features under your team at no cost. All Staff accounts have equal access to manage the team which includes scheduling, scoring, live streaming, etc.
In addition to your team's Staff accounts, you are able to assign team followers as designated scorekeepers or live streamers for your team. These accounts don't have full Staff access to the team, but can contribute in the specific areas where you assign responsibility.
Invite your team community
Building a strong team community is key to staying connected. Invite fans, family members, and other supporters to follow the team.
- Inviting Player Followers (Parents/Guardians, Family/Friends, Player accounts)

Schedule practices and games
Keep everyone on the same page by scheduling your team’s practices, games, and events. You can set reminders, make updates, and collect RSVP's easily in the app.
Communicate with your team
Communication is critical. Use GameChanger’s Team Announcements feature to share updates and reminders with your team community. If you need to get in touch with your parents or players more directly or gather responses, you can use the messaging feature.
Running GameChanger on Game Day
Designate responsibilities
Ensure a smooth game day by assigning roles. Whether it's scorekeeping, live streaming, or logistics, make sure everyone knows their duties.
Practice scorekeeping before the event
Familiarize yourself with the scorekeeping tool for your sport ahead of time. Practice during a scrimmage or without a scheduled event with our practice tool. Scorekeeping is supported for Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Football, Lacrosse, Hockey, Field Hockey, Rugby, Water Polo, and Volleyball.
Set up the live stream
Bring the game to your fans, no matter where they are. Use GameChanger’s live streaming and recording features to broadcast the event. Live streaming is FREE to set up.

Score the event
During the game, use GameChanger’s scorekeeping tools to track the game in real-time. This helps maintain accurate stats and keeps your community informed. When you both score the game and live stream in real time, automatic highlight clips will be created for your players!

Throughout the Season
Review your team's video and stats
GameChanger is FREE for coaches! You can review your teams statistics and stored video at any time at no cost. These tools provide key insights to allow you to coach your players more effectively and provide meaningful feedback.
Consider a Team Pass
Many features are free to use in GameChanger for your team community as well. Access to stored video features and season stats some other features will require a subscription to access.

Evaluate your streaming setup
Any team can get started with streaming with just their mobile device! You can consider various improvements to your streaming setup through fence clips, power banks, tripods, or external cameras.
